Corporate yoga classes not only center scattered energies in a mutually beneficial point of departure but create strong bonds of common purpose.  Enjoy thousand year old healing movements in a shared space with the people who you rely on for support and growth.  At the same time, focus your intentional energy with your coworkers to bring freshness, inspiration and health into the workplace.

Yoga At Home
Every session is tailored to work through and then past the physical limitations of the body.  We explore asana in depth with an emphasis on anatomy and specific alignment. We move through the ancient practice to focus the winds of destiny and allow them to create an energetic platform to experience the intuitive self.  Increase bone density and lung capacity, purify the body of toxins, forge new neuromuscular connections and learn how to find the dance of life. Discussion, movement, breath work and sitting in silence are to be expected in each session.
